Hayel,
Thanks for your comments. You are right in that there a lot to learn. In my organizational consultant practice, I often talk about the phenomenon of the 'Marathon Effect' which is where the speaker or teacher or leader is far ahead of their listeners in subject knowledge - somewhat akin to the marathon race where the first runners are halfway through the race before the last runners are even starting.

It is an easy trap to fall into. Thanks for the reminder.

You can get a great deal more information from the two manuscripts I also created for this launch (available at www.prometheusstrategy.com)

Thanks again for your comments,
Jim

Dear Jim,

It's very clear that you know exactly what you are talking about,
in a concise and comprehensive way.

But, for the listener, it's too fast to grab clearly the essence of your ideas, these ideas might be simple to you, as an expert in this field,
but it's not so for the newbie.

I think this 15-minutes should be presented in double that time to be understandable by the layman, like us.

Besides, it's beneficial to have the complete text of your presentation, in order to get the full benefit of this lecture.

Moreover, it would become an excellent, explicit presentation when you you put every step taken in Iraq, followed by a couterpart step to be taken in business, to reach the sought for, optimum goal.

Thanks for the rich info.

Best regards,
Hayel Msherbash
